Will Spach

Biography

Mr. Spach joined Falfurrias Capital Partners as an Associate in 2021 and is in the Strategy and Market Insights Group.  He was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023.  Previously, Mr. Spach was at McKinsey & Company where he focused on strategy, procurement, organization, and transformation topics.  While at McKinsey, Mr. Spach advised clients across numerous industries, including national security, public finance, and manufacturing.
