Michael Clifton

Biography

Mr. Michael Clifton joined Falfurrias as a partner in 2022. He helps lead Falfurrias Growth Partners and serves on its investment committee. He has more than 20 years of private equity and finance experience including helping lead technology and business services investing for The Carlyle Group’s flagship U.S. Buyout private equity group and co-founding Supernova Partners, a sponsor of multiple blank-check companies. He has significant experience investing in software, business services, and fintech companies. He is currently a director of Rigetti Computing (NASDAQ:RGTI) and has served on several private company and non-profit boards.

Mr. Clifton earned an AB, cum laude, in classics from Davidson College, and an MBA with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.
