John Jordan

Biography

Mr. Jordan joined Falfurrias Capital Partners in June 2019. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Bojangles’, a $1.3 billion systemwide sales quick service restaurant brand and former holding of Fund 1. He assisted with three private equity transactions as well as taking Bojangles’ public during his 13-year tenure. Prior to Bojangles’, he served as Treasurer of Parnell-Martin for 10 years, a Charlotte-based plumbing wholesale distributor, where he was responsible for accounting and financial reporting, human resources, and risk management. Mr. Jordan previously worked for Coopers & Lybrand from 1990-1995 as a Manager and spent time in both the audit and tax practices.
