Mr. Stephen Brady joined Falfurrias Management Partners in November 2021, and currently serves as Vice President of Finance.  Mr. Brady works with the Finance Team to support the deal execution process, post-close integration, and ongoing monitoring of portfolio company performance.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked at BDO as a Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services Group.  He provided services to private equity and corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side stand-alone transactions, carve-out transactions, and add-on acquisitions.  Prior to BDO, Mr. Brady performed assurance services at PwC.

Ms. Amy Brandt joined Falfurrias as a Partner in 2023 to help lead Falfurrias Growth Partners.  Prior to joining the firm, she was Operating Executive Director at Serent Capital.  Serent Capital is a leading lower-middle market private equity firm focused on investing in high growth service and technology businesses.

Most recently Ms. Brandt was the President and Chief Executive Officer of First American Docutech, providing an end-to-end integrated digital mortgage experience that enables lenders to accelerate the real estate closing process.  She currently sits on the First American Advisory Council. In addition to her executive career, Ms. Brandt currently serves on the boards of Studio Designer, Quisitive Technologies, InhabitIQ, and the Institute of International Education.

Ms. Brandt has over 20 years of successful experience as an accomplished entrepreneur and senior executive with multiple successful private equity backed exits.  She is a multi-award winner, including Housing Wire’s Vanguard Award and Institute of International Education’s Centennial Medal.

Mr. Cam Dyer began working with Falfurrias Management Partners in 2021 as coinvestor and lead Advisory Board member for Crosslake Technologies.  Since that time, he has worked closely with Ed McMahan and the FCP partners to develop and launch FGP I.  Mr. McMahan and Mr. Dyer first worked together more than twenty years ago in lower middle market private equity and investment banking.  Mr. Dyer previously served as Managing Director and Partner of The Carlyle Group, which he joined in 2002.  During his 19 years with Carlyle, in which he became Global Co-head of Carlyle’s TMT sector, Mr. Dyer successfully completed investments across application software, data and information technology, IT Services and infrastructure businesses.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Dyer was an associate with the private equity firm William Blair Capital Partners, a consultant with Bain & company, and an investment banking analyst in the M&A Group of Bowles, Hollowell, Conner & Co.  He earned his MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, and his BS, Magna Cum Laude, from Washington & Lee University.

Prior to founding the firm, Mr. McColl was Chairman and CEO of Bank of America. During his tenure as Chairman and CEO, Mr. McColl grew the institution more than fifty-fold, as the bank greatly expanded its offerings of financial products and services, entered new markets across the United States and around the world, and became an industry leader in retail, commercial, corporate and investment banking.

Mr. McMahan has been responsible for developing the FCP Industry First strategy and building the FCP team.  Along with Marc Oken and Hugh McColl, Mr. McMahan has been a member of the FCP Investment Committee since inception.  Mr. McMahan also co-developed and co-founded DealCloud, which was developed in-house to manage FCP’s Industry First deal sourcing methodology and has become the leading CRM, deal sourcing & fund management platform for the capital markets.

Mr. Oken is the chairman of Falfurrias Management Partners and has been responsible for managing the Falfurrias Management Partners portfolio since inception and building the Falfurrias Management Partners team. Along with his co-founders, Hugh McColl, Jr. and Ed McMahan, he is a member of the Falfurrias Management Partners Investment Committee.  Mr. Oken served as managing partner of the Firm from 2006 until 2018, when Mr. McMahan assumed that role.

Mr. Oken is the former chief financial officer of Bank of America.  Prior to his career with Bank of America, Mr. Oken was a partner with Price Waterhouse and served as a Fellow at the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Mr. Oken is past chairman of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Housing Partnership, The Mint Museum of Art, and The Charlotte Symphony.  He is the chairman of the Carolinas Aviation Museum.  Mr. Oken served as a Naval Aviator in Vietnam.

Mr. Wilson Sullivan is a partner and leads the firm’s investments in financial services & technology.  He originally joined Falfurrias Capital Partners as an associate in 2007 before attending business school to earn his MBA.  After receiving his degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, Mr. Sullivan joined Edgeview Partners (now Piper Sandler), an investment bank serving the merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory needs of middle-market clients. Mr. Sullivan then re-joined Falfurrias Capital in 2012. He was later promoted to Principal in 2015 and Partner in January 2021.

Mr. Sullivan was a ground intelligence officer and reconnaissance platoon commander in the United States Marine Corps. He earned a bachelor of science degree in political science from the U.S. Naval Academy.
